Continued Growth in London Self-Storage Market
UK-based Attic Self Storage has completed its renovation and refurbishment project at the company’s London facility. The project cost around £250,000 (about $415,000) and took over three months. The new facility added significant storage space and replaced old brickwork with contemporary floor-to-ceiling windows.
The facility’s managing director, Frederic de Ryckman de Betz, has already seen positive reactions from clientele and employees alike. The Attic Self Storage location is 96% occupied, and the director only sees improvement as market demand grows. Plans are already underway to add an additional 12,000 sq. ft. of storage space to the existing 30,000 sq. ft.
